Participant Profile Form

Once you have registered please fill out our Participant Profile Form below. This will help us to arrange all of the gear and logistical requirements for the camp, as well as to give us an idea of your ability and specific areas of interest. If any of your information changes prior to the camp you can email us the information. If you have any questions please give us a call or send us an email.

Remember, most of the gear is provided for the camp with the exception of a few items. You are also free to bring any of your own gear if you so desire (No personal kayaks). Be sure to check the "What to Bring" page before you come to the camp.
