So, what do you get as a participant in the Purgatory Challenge? Your entry fee is mainly to cover the cost of producing the events; permit fees, medical support, participant insurance, etc... But you will also receive:
- 1st-3rd place prizes will be awarded to overall male and female champions for each race and cumulative standings.
- Performance Shirt, Hat or Mug
- Discounted Lodging
- Aid Station Support - Snacks, Fruit, Hydration, Gels Etc....
- Finish Line Food & Drinks
- Finisher Medals for each race and to all "Challenger" finishers.
- Champion Medals for each race and overall Purgatory Challengers.
Entry Fees: Participants can race in one or more events, you don't have to do them all. If you register in the Purgatory Challenger category you are eligible for each individual races prizes and the overall Purgatory Challenge champions prizes.

*Prize money is based on a minimum of 50 male and 50 female participants in each race. If the male or female category draws less participants the prize money will be pro-rated. Minimum of 8 male & female racers for any prize distribution in each individual race. Overall prize money will be pro-rated regardless of number of racers. The ski pass will be awarded regardless of the number of participants. Ski pass is non-transferable. If you already have a pass your purchase will be refunded. |
